Draft Minutes of the DAS Executive Board Meeting

President, Carla Swarz Presiding

Secretary Ron Pearson read the minutes of the April eboard meeting. They were approved as read.

DU Report: Dave Trott discussed a statement of policy from Dr. Stencel regarding keyholders noting it is a privilege, not a right. Keyholders need to be covered by DAS insurance. There needs to be 2 weeks given for a request and approval in advance. DAS has seven keys issued and in use. Ron Mickel has requested to issue more keys, has been declined by Dr. Stencel. Suggests the DAS have list reviewed and reissue keys as people and needs change. Discussion of eboard members that there are 6 teams of public night operators, most have 2 keys, one team has one key, could use one more key holder. Will look at reissue of Larry Brook's key.

Treasurer Chuck Carlson reported there was a $100 donation to the Restoration Fund by Dave Trott. The PN phone bill for Mar-April 23, was $413.30. A monthly balance sheet was distributed.
